INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Dear Applicant,

As you wish to submit an application to participate in the selection of staff required by the company, we need to process information concerning you, your personal data, for the purposes set forth below; therefore, as prescribed by European data protection law (European Regulation 679/2016), we provide you with the following information.

  1. Data Controller

  1. Purposes of Processing, Processing Methods, and Legal Bases

The personal data you provide and that will be collected by filling in the form we propose will be processed both by traditional means (paper records) and by electronic means (our IT system) for the purposes and according to the legal bases set forth below:

Consent is not required; however, if you do not provide your data, it will not be possible to proceed with the selection.

The personal data provided by you will be processed exclusively by personnel who have been duly trained and authorized or by designated data processors.

  1. International Data Transfer

Your personal data are not transferred outside the European Union.

  1. Retention Period of Personal Data and Criteria Used

The personal data you have provided and those collected during your participation in the selection:

– if you are hired, will be retained for the duration of the employment relationship and for a further 10 years.

– if you are not hired, will be retained for 2 years from the completion date of the selection.

After the above periods, without any need for notice, the data will be deleted in such a way as to prevent recovery, except for restrictions or obligations to retain the data further arising from the exercise of rights in judicial proceedings or by request of an Authority.

  1. Data Subject Rights.

You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, where applicable, access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure thereof or the restriction of processing concerning you, or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The appropriate request to the Data Controller must be submitted in writing, accompanied by a copy of an identification document, at the contact points of the Data Controller provided above.

  1. 8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in violation of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Art. 77 of the Regulation) or to resort to the appropriate judicial bodies (Art. 79 of the Regulation).
